Backend bug fixes
- updated_at timestamp is now changed on custom attribute delete as well.
- updated_at timestamp is now changed on children append/remove
- proper error handling for deleting non existent custom attribute
- db init fix for randomized IEC Credentials
- IEC: remove duplicates regarding the KeyValue
